Today we visited National Taiwan Normal University (NTSU), KPMG located in the Taipei 101 building, had dinner at the mall and walked back to the train station so we could see the area near the Taipei 101 building. We returned to the Chientan Overseas Youth Activity Center to rest, catch up on email, complete homework, work on laundry and pack for our next leg of the journey.
It was a busy day and I am beginning to think I have been inculturated. Maybe I am just getting used to the differences? Maybe we just are not as different as we think. We could all take a lesson from the Taiwanese people to strive for a better attitude so that we could all live a more harmonious and peaceful life.
